Our Team

Alisha Levine, Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, RP(Q)

You’re doing everything right but still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or not good enough.

On the outside, it may look like you have it all together. But internally, you’re
overthinking, feeling pressure to keep up, and starting to feel burned out. I often work
with people who are used to being the “strong one,” the one others rely on, while quietly
struggling themselves.

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are, without needing to
have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded, while
also being intentional and active. I’ll meet you where you are, while also gently helping
you notice the patterns that may be keeping you stuck in anxiety and self-doubt.

Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the self-criticism, including the impact of past
experiences, family, and culture. At the same time, we’ll work toward helping you trust
yourself more, set limits without guilt, and feel less pressure to hold everything together.

You deserve a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. If you’re
ready for things to feel different, I would be honoured to walk alongside you. Reach out
for a free consultation whenever you feel ready.
