Our Specialty Massage Therapy treatments vary by location and include: Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, The Siam, essential oil massage and more! All treatments are performed by a RMT so you will receive a receipt for insurance benefits.
Specialty Massage Therapy Services:
The SIAM (heated thai compress + massage)
A deeply relaxing full-body massage that incorporates heated Thai herbal compresses to soothe and restore the body. Warm, aromatic compresses are gently pressed into the muscles to help relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation, followed by therapeutic massage techniques to enhance the treatment’s benefits.

The SIGNATURE ESSENTIAL (Aromatherapy Massage)
We have developed specially blended essential oils to create 4 signature blends exclusive to FHS. We will take you on a sensory journey where you will choose the blend of oils specifically suited to your needs. These blends may help you with stress relief, muscle relaxation, pain relief, depression, and anxiety. Our 4 blends are: Bear Hug, The Calm, Breathe Easy, and Muscle Mend.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
A deeply relaxing massage that uses smooth, heated stones to gently warm the muscles and promote relaxation. The soothing heat helps ease tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system, creating a comforting full-body experience.

AWAKE (dry brushing + cold wash + massage)
A refreshing full-body treatment that combines dry brushing, a revitalizing cold wash, and therapeutic massage. Dry brushing gently exfoliates the skin, stimulates circulation, and improves lymphatic flow, followed by a cool rinse to invigorate the body, and a customized massage to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

REFLEXOLOGY
A focused treatment that applies pressure to specific reflex points on the feet to support relaxation and overall well-being. Performed by a Registered Massage Therapist, this treatment helps reduce tension, improve circulation, and promote a calming, restorative effect throughout the body.

POST-OP MASSAGE THERAPY
POST-GENDER-AFFIRMING SURGERY MASSAGE: for individuals recovering from gender-affirming surgeries. Specialized scar massage therapy and lymphatic massage to aid in healing, reduce scar tissue, and improve overall comfort.
ELECTIVE AND MEDICALLY NECESSARY BREAST/CHEST SURGERY MASSAGE: for those who have had elective or medically necessary breast surgeries or male chest procedures. This therapy addresses scar tissue, numbness, and circulation issues to support healing and restore function.
POST AND PRE-BREAST CANCER SURGERY MASSAGE: Designed for individuals undergoing or preparing for breast cancer surgeries. This massage helps manage scar tissue, alleviate discomfort, and improve circulation, contributing to a smoother recovery process.

POST-OP MASSAGE THERAPY (with MPS)
MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) therapy and Dolphin Neurostim™ scar release therapy help to decrease adhesions and restrictions caused by scars, and poor postural habits. Scar release treatment with MPS promotes circulation/lymphatic flow, reduces pain, and stress and improves daily life functions.

TSUBOKI® Japanese Face and Scalp Massage
The Tsubaki face and scalp massage provides a calming, rejuvenating experience that reduces stress, relaxes the body, improves circulation, and enhances overall well-being. Starting with techniques to lymphatic drainage on the face and head, it then targets 8 meridians and 50 acupressure points on the face to influence the body’s overall health balance. Finally, deeper attention to the neck and shoulders enhances relaxation.

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY
Sports massage is a form of massage using deep tissue techniques, along with stretching, strengthening and mobilisation techniques, with the aim to either prevent, or assist in recovery of a sports related injury.
Sports massage treats and maintains conditions commonly related to but not limited to sports injuries.
Some benefits of sports massage include; Increased circulation, pain relief, improved range of motion, increased elasticity, and enhanced performance.
