My mission is to work with you, to help you feel better by achieving a feeling of calm, comfort, and ease in your body in a peaceful, relaxed environment. I specialize in scars and lymphatics, and work with individuals of all ages with varying conditions. I believe that everything in the body works and heals in combinations. I go above and beyond to provide you highly skilled treatments that are individually based on your own personal needs.
I have been practicing massage therapy since 1999 and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Brazilian Lymphatic post op, Brazilian Sculpting Lymphatic Massage by Josie Rushing, McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release, Concussions (through MPS), Pre and Post Natal Massage and post op taping.
Receiving regular massages is an important part of your healing and maintaining a healthy balance. Healing is a journey, and I look forward to being a part of your self-care.
