Nao Okabe, RMT
Hi, I’m Nao! I’m originally from Japan and have always loved supporting others in meaningful ways. Even small acts of helping make me happy.
Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, I worked as a massage practitioner for over 10 years in Japan, Canada, and Egypt, gaining experience in spas, wellness centers, and mobile services. These experiences inspired me to deepen my knowledge of the body and pursue formal education in massage therapy.
I love working with Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, stretching, and Swedish massage, tailoring techniques to meet each client’s needs. I am especially passionate about pregnancy massage and enjoy supporting clients through this important time.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and exploring new experiences. I strive to make each session not only effective but also a relaxing and positive experience, supporting clients to feel cared for and balanced.
