Yuliya Yatskiv, RMT
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. I’ve worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings with diverse populations, and I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain.
I graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, where I trained in techniques that address acute and chronic pain, postural tension, muscle strains, sports injuries, and movement restrictions. I use myofascial release, Swedish massage, dynamic stretching, and trigger point therapy to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and support overall wellness.
My approach is client-centred and grounded in open communication. I tailor each treatment to your unique needs and goals, with a strong focus on education and self-care strategies, including exercise and movement recommendations. I’m committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice to ensure safe, effective, high-quality care.
I look forward to working with you to help you feel your best in everyday life.
