Our Team

Kasi Sewraj, Registered Psychotherapist

Therapy is a space to uncover, re-discover, and explore parts of who you are and who you’d like to be. Others may see you as capable, organized, and driven, yet inside you may feel anxious, restless, or emotionally drained. Slowing down may feel unfamiliar—or even uncomfortable. Perhaps your mind rarely stops, you shoulder many responsibilities, or you find it’s hard to be with your difficult thoughts and feelings.

I aim to provide a compassionate, supportive space for those who carry a lot, and are ready to put some of it down. I work with adults who experience anxiety, overwhelm, or difficulty pausing and connecting with themselves. My approach blends warmth with gentle challenge, helping you understand yourself more deeply, develop steadier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change—all without asking you to lose who you are.

I integrate evidence-based approaches with a focus on mindfulness and self- compassion, tailoring sessions to what feels most helpful for you. I welcome adults from all walks of life and create a space where curiosity and honesty are encouraged. If you’re ready to explore, slow down, and reconnect with yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
