What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours you will be charged 100% of your service appointment fee. This is to respect the time of the Therapists. We absolutely hate charging for late cancellations or no shows so please plan ahead and remember to give us minimum 24 hours notice.
