I was first introduced to Health’s sake’s massage therapist back in 2018 or so and thought that my first visit was amazing. Really attentive, very professional and greatly alleviated my lower back pain at the time. Come 2019 when I had chronic pain with my right shoulder, I came back to see what they could do to help me and their phsyiotherapist set me up for success. Not only did she make me feel a whole lot better (increase my range of motion on my shoulder and lessen the pain), she also set me up with a bunch of exercises tailored to fix the core of the problem and reach my goals. 8 months later and some more visits, my shoulder feels MUCH better than the chronic pain I used to have and I have a great toolbox of knowledge and exercises to prevent and fix my issues from happening again. Definitely would recommend (and the friends I have recommend say they’re great too!)
